Refund & Return Policy
Our refund or return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.
To return your product, you should call 09062959839 or email email@example.com to inform us and send pictures, a receipt or proof of purchase with you bank account details.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will credit the bank account you provided within 21 days. The cost of shipping and returning fees will be deducted from your refund.
Returning Fees: If the return is at the point of delivery and the package is below 30kg, then only the forward fee of N1500 is applicable for packages. If above 30kg, in addition to the forward fee of N1500, we will charge you an extra 60% of the delivery fee. You will be responsible for paying those returning cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): It may take up to 21 days before your refund is officially posted. If you haven’t received a refund after 21 days please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and copy email@example.com
Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items on discount cannot be refunded.
Exchanges: We do not offer replacement or exchange of an item. However, customers can still return an item and receive a full refund if there is a verified reason for return.
