Refund policy

Return Policy: Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded. Products in promotions cannot be returned. 

To return your product, you should call 09062959839 or email support@jamarahome.com to inform us and send pictures, a receipt or proof of purchase with you bank account details. 

Refunds (if applicable): Once we receive your returned item, you will receive an email confirmation. We will then inspect the product and notify you of the outcome as whether your refund has been approved or rejected within 5 working days of receiving the item. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to the bank account you provided within 7 working days. Please note that any applicable shipping and return fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returning Fees (if applicable)The customer is responsible for all return costs to return the product to the original point of delivery. If the return location is within Jamara Home's service area, we can arrange to pick up the product, and the return fees may be waived. However, if the product is outside Jamara Home's reach, return fees will apply for pickup. Alternatively, the customer can choose to pay for the return fees independently or manage the return themselves. Each case will be assessed individually to ensure a fair resolution that minimizes any potential loss for all parties involved.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): It may take up to 7 working days before your refund is officially posted.  If you haven’t received a refund after 7 working days please contact us at support@jamarahome.com and copy info@jamarahome.com

Promo items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items on discount cannot be refunded or returned. 

Exchanges: We do not offer replacement or exchange of an item. However, customers can still return an item and receive a full refund if there is a verified reason for return.

Refund Policy for Online Payments: If you placed an order online and paid via Paystack, and the product is unavailable for any reason, or if you wish to return a product within the approved return period of 7 days, provided it has been verified to be in good condition and its original packaging, we will process your refund. Please note that refunds may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account due to transaction processing times between banks, the third-party payment provider, and us. Additionally, the refund amount will be minus the Paystack transaction fees, as these fees are not charged by us.
